Daniel Fried to visit Azerbaijan
November 3-5, the U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, Daniel Fried will be in Baku to meet with President Ilham Aliyev, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and other state figures.
