Any conflict in South Caucasus causes vacuum Turks immediately fill
"We should explain Georgia that any conflict in South Caucasus causes a vacuum Turks immediately fill. It's nonsense that two Christian autochthonic nations living side by side communicate via a Turkish corridor, member of ARF Dashnaktsutyun Bureau, vice speaker of the RA National Assembly Vahan Hovhannisian told reporters today.

"It's a pity that the only way to Georgia lies through Javakheti," he said.

Permanent instability in Georgia is conditioned by strengthening of the Turkish factor, according to him.

"Dialogue with Georgia should be held via communication of peoples," he noted

As to the current domestic situation in Georgia, it was predictable, Mr Hovhannisian said. However, he refrained from giving comments. "Talks should be held with Georgian people but not with leadership, he said.
