Azeri Interior Minister doesn't deny fact of phone conversation with his Georgian counterpart
"Ministers of Interior of Azerbaijan and Georgia held consultation on some common problems caused by armed groupings and threat they represent," Azeri Interior Minister Ramil Usubov told reporters November 17. "My consultations with the Georgian Interior Minister have nothing to do with developments in that country."

November 16 PanARMENIAN.Net editorial staff received information on details and an audio record of a phone conversation presumably held by Azeri and Georgian Interior Ministers, and posted the printout of the above-mentioned conversation.

During the conversation the supposed Georgian Minister of Interior asks his Azeri counterpart to provide special articles for dispersing rallies, specifically rubber bullets and gas grenades. The supposed Azeri Interior Minister voices readiness to comply with the request citing an order he received from President Ilham Aliyev.
