Armavia obliged to notify Ankara about flights through Turkish airspace a week beforehand
Turkish authorities permitted Armavia Armenian national carrier to resume flights to Beirut and Aleppo. However, Armavia was obliged to notify Ankara about flights through Turkish airspace a week beforehand. The Armenian Foreign Ministry mediated for permission to resume flights, according to a source.

November 13 the Turkish authorities rejected air corridor for the Armenian national carrier's Yerevan-Beirut and Yerevan-Aleppo flights, motivating the decision by incapability to operate flights in this direction. At that, Turkey allowed Syrian and Lebanese airlines to practice flights to Yerevan, IA Regnum reports.
