Russian Duma elections: two polling stations to open in Armenia
Two polling stations will open in Armenia on occasion of December 2 elections to the Russian State Duma. Russian citizens in Armenia will exercise their constitutional right in the Russian Consulate General in Gyumri and in the Russian Embassy in Yerevan.

The polling stations will function from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Voters should have the passport of citizen of the Russian Federation.

Russian citizens who are in Armenia on a private visit or on business trip should produce passport and absentee ballot to be included in the rolls on the election day.

Lacking the absentee ballot, citizens can be included in the lists on the ground of an oral application.
