If something happens in South Ossetia or Karabakh we will be by their side, Abkhazian Deputy Defense Minister Gary Kupalba said when addressing the panel of the permanent coordination council of Cossack atamans in Yerevan. He voiced assurance in peaceful resolution of conflicts in the region and in triumph of right of nations to self-determination.

For his part, council's deputy chairman Sergei Madatyan said that a monument to his renowned ancestor, hero of 1812 war Valerian Madatov will be erected in Yerevan and NKR in the near future, IA Regnum reports.
