In the course of the negotiations over the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict the Armenian party puts a special emphasis on the future political status of Nagorno Karabakh. As reported by "Mediamax" agency, Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian stated in Yerevan today. At the same time the minister doubted the recent statement by Azeri foreign minister on the readiness of official Baku to negotiate with the Karabakh party. "If this is really the case, we can only welcome such position of Azerbaijan," - he said.
