"The U.S.-Turkey cooperation against PKK has reached a new stage," said Daniel Fried, the Assistant Secretary for the Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs.

"I am glad that our cooperation produces effect. Turkey is an old fried of ours. We overcame many crises. Our friendship passes from state to state, from government to government and keeps on developing," Mr Fried said, Sabah reports.
