RA Defense Ministry: war won't resolve Karabakh problem
"The Karabakh problem doesn't have a military solution," Armenia's Defense Minister Mikael Harutyunyan said when commenting on reports that Armenia will be labeled as enemy in the Azerbaijani military doctrine.

"Our military doctrine doesn't include a provision calling someone an enemy. Our controversy with Azerbaijan should be resolved via talks. War will not settle the problem. Sides should hold talks despite the statements the Azeri Defense Minister makes," Mikael Harutyunyan said.

Resolving the problem via talks, Armenia expects the people of Nagorno Karabakh to receive what they want but not what the people of other states want," he noted, Novosti Armenia reports.
