Vartan Oskanian: Armenia-Azerbaijan talks will go on
The OSCE Minsk Group co-chair states welcomed the decision of Armenia and Azerbaijan to continue talks for the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement despite the forthcoming presidential elections in both states, Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian told a news conference in Yerevan. He voiced hope that the outcomes of the elections will not affect the republic's foreign policy.

He also reminded that the international mediators submitted a package of proposals to the conflicting sides. The document contains proposals on uncoordinated issues and calls on parties to conflict to approve common concept as a basis for a comprehensive peaceful agreement.
