The situation along the contact line between Nagorno Karabakh (Artsakh) and Azerbaijan remained relatively calm over the period between August 27 and September 2.

More than 200 ceasefire violations by Azerbaijan were registered in the reporting period, with some 2200 shots fired overall.

The Karabakh frontline units continue controlling the situation on the contact line and protecting their positions.
