French-Armenian legend Charles Aznavour returns to Israel for concert

At the age of 93, Charles Aznavour returns to Israel for a unique concert, Des Infos reveals.

The legendary French-Armenian singer, recently nicknamed by CNN as "the artist of the century," is celebrating his more than 70-year-old career.

Aznavour, with its flagship titles "Emmenez-moi", "La Bohème" or "La Mamma", will once again land in Israel for a unique concert on October 28 at Menora Mivtachim Arena in Tel Aviv.

Some of the crooner's most famous songs have been translated into Hebrew.

The legend is also giving concerts in Milan, Amsterdam, Moscow, Saint Petersburg and other locations.

Aznavour received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on on August 24 after a more than 70-year career.

Born Shahnour Varinag Aznavourian in Paris to Armenian parents, has has sold more than 100 million records in 80 countries. He has been described as France's equivalent to Frank Sinatra.
