Kurdistan next to secede
The Kosovo precedent is not so dangerous. The next region pregnant with secession is not Transdnistria, Abkhazia or South Ossetia but Iraqi
Kurdistan, said Dmitry Vydrin, a Ukrainian political scientist.

"One case is accidental. The second will cause chain reaction. Kurdistan is the most ready for secession at the moment. It has government and
economy. Moreover, it's in high favor with the U.S., which will apparently recognize the region," he said.

"Under the circumstances, I do not rule out large-scale armed conflicts," he said, adding that emergence of a new state is possible of
Barack Obama is elected U.S. President.

"His election will signify reformation of the European world, since American troops will abandon the Iraq during a year," he said, Expert
reports.
