By order of President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov, Turkmenistan's parliament speaker Akdzha Nurberdyeva will attend festivities on occasion of RA President-elect's accession to office, Turkmenistan.ru reports.

The inauguration of Serzh Sargsyan is due on April 9.
