Armenians should combine efforts for international recognition of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, RA National Assembly Speaker said.

"We will offer the President and government to develop a basis for security and defense of Nagorno Karabakh," Tigran Torosian said at a join news conference with NKR NA Speaker Ashot Ghulian.

Commenting on the RA NA statement on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement, Mr Torosian said, "The statement is still under discussion. We though it urgent to debate the document with our NKR counterparts."

Tigran Torosian emphasized that the Armenian parliament will work to draw Nagorno Karabakh into talks as a full-fledged party, IA Regnum reports.
