Iran willing to mediate for Karabakh resolution
Iran used to be a mediator in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement but then our country was removed from the process, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister said in Baku.

"If both sides make a proposal, my country is ready to undertake an intermediary mission again," Ali Reza Sheikh Attar said. "Although I do not rate the OSCE Minsk Group activity as satisfactory, Iran supports the talks in its framework. Iran recognizes Azerbaijan's territorial integrity. As to the visit of Armenia's Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan to Iran, no issues which could damage relations with Azerbaijan were discussed," he said, the Azeri Press Agency reports.
