Armenia's Foreign Minister Seyran Ohanyan met Wednesday with newly appointed Chief of the Russian General Staff, Army General Nikolay Makarov to discuss military and technical cooperation and progress achieved in the field, the Armenian Minister's spokesman, Col. The parties also referred to formation of united defense systems and organization of Rubezh 2008 exercise.
