Karabakh conflict in focus of Russia-EU dialog
Regular round of Russia-European Union talks will open in Brussels today.

The EU Commissioner for External Relations and ENP, Ms. Benita Ferrero-Waldner heads the EU delegation while the Russian side is represented by Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, the Azeri Press Agency reports.
