The office of the Prime Minister of Armenia will start using digital paper in a bid to curb expenditures and protect the environment.

The move, according to Chief of Prime Minister's staff Eduard Aghajanyan, will help dramatically decrease expenditures and save both natural and public resources.

According to an article on Wikipedia, digital paper, also known as interactive paper, is patterned paper used in conjunction with a digital pen to create handwritten digital documents. The printed dot pattern uniquely identifies the position coordinates on the paper. The digital pen uses this pattern to store the handwriting and upload it to a computer.
