Russian tourists prefer to travel to Yerevan on Valentine's Day on February 14, RIA Novosti reports citing data from Biletix.

In addition to the capital of Armenia, Bangkok, Tbilisi, Barcelona and Istanbul are among the most sought-after international destinations for tourists from Russia.

Sochi, Mineralnye Vody, Moscow, Simferopol and Krasnodar are popular domestic destinations.

The analysis revealed that that 62% of user requests focus on domestic destinations, while 38% on international ones.

Experts studied reservations for the period from February 11 to 17.
