OSCE MG: ministerial meeting to mark new stage of Karabakh talks
Work to settle Nagorno Karabakh conflict suggested by Azerbaijani and Armenian Presidents in St. Petersburg in June will be the ground for negotiations between two countries' foreign ministers in Moscow at the beginning of August.
"Upcoming negotiations between Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers in Moscow are the beginning of new round marked by the Presidents' in St. Petersburg," French Co-Chair of OSCE Minsk Group, Ambassador Bernard Fassier said.
"The negotiations will be based on Madrid proposals and I am hopeful that the Nalbandian-Mammadyarov meeting will be natural continuation of the presidential talks," Fassier said, Trend Azeri news agency reports.
