U.S. mediating missions in South Caucasus can provoke escalation of conflicts
U.S. mediating missions in South Caucasus can provoke escalation of conflicts in Nagorno Karabakh, Abkhazia and South Ossetia, said Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan, chairman of Mitq analytical center.

"Matthew Bryza's contradicting statements arouse tensions in the conflict zones. American diplomacy neglects historical realities," he told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter when commenting on Bryza's recent statement that Nagorno Karabakh residents will themselves decide whether their republic will return under Azeri control or will be independent.
