NKR independence is sacramental and unquestionable
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan congratulated the people of Nagorno Karabakh on the 17th anniversary of proclamation of independence, the RA leader's press office reported.
"The past 17 years proved that the decision of Artsakh people was the only right way to choose. This is a sacramental and unquestionable choice
Passed through the ordeal of war, you are now working for the glory of their state. I am confident that with support of Armenia and the entire Armenianhood, you will respond to future challenges. I wish you peace and progress," President Sargsyan said.
