GUAM Presidents to miss regular CIS summit
Ilham Aliyev, Mikheil Saakashvili and Viktor Yushchenko will miss the regular CIS summit due in Bishkek on October 10.

The Azerbaijani President is occupied with the election campaign; Georgia has dropped out of the CIS; Yushchenko can't settle domestic affairs, Bakililar.AZ reports.

The summit will focus on economic problems, ways to overcome financial crisis and developments in the Georgia-South Ossetian conflict zone.

Azerbaijan will be represented by a delegation led by Prime Minister Arthur Rasizade.
