Karabakh resolution possible if Baku doesn't hamper the peace process
Resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict is possible if Azerbaijan demonstrates political will and doesn't hamper the peace process, Armenian Foreign Minister said.

"The talks are held on the basis of the Madrid Principles and in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group, an efficient format which doesn't need reformation," Edward Nalbandian told a news conference in Yerevan today.

"Three principles of the Helsinki Final Act, namely non-use of force, territorial integrity and right of nations to self-determination underlie the ongoing negotiations," he said, adding that Yerevan is interested in soonest resolution of the conflict.
