Kiro Manoyan: both Yerevan and Ankara need normal relations
Conditions imposed by Ankara hamper normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations and are doomed to failure, according to ARF Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Director.

Turkey also needs an open border and normal relations with Armenia. Yerevan doesn't undertake to meet Ankara's conditions. Armenia has already taken the first step," Kiro Manoyan told a news conference today.

He also remarked that Serzh Sargsyan's policy doesn't differ much from that of his predecessor. "Worldwide recognition of the Armenian Genocide remains a priority of the republic's foreign policy," he said.
