Spokesperson: No Armenia-Azerbaijan ministerial meeting on the agenda

No meeting is planned between Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and his Azerbaijani counterpart Jeyhun Bayramov in Moscow, Armenian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Anna Naghdalyan told PanARMENIAN.Net on Tuesday, October 21.

Mnatsakanyan is currently in Moscow for a short working visit, where he is set to discuss the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

Bayramov too, is expected to arrive in Moscow on Tuesday.

Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and Syrian and Libyan mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military. Foreign and local journalists too have been injured in Azeri shelling of towns and villages.

Donations can be made to Hayastan All-Armenian Fund, which has launched a fundraising campaign to support humanitarian efforts in Karabakh.
