The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 1194 to reach 93448 on Monday, November 2 morning – a record number of new infections in a single day – according to information provided by the Health Ministry.

Fresh figures also revealed that 639 more people have recovered, 28 patients have died from Covid-19, while three others carrying the virus have died from other causes in the past 24 hours.

A total of 2544 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said.

So far, 56,466 people have recovered, 1391 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 376 others carrying the virus have died from other causes.
