Azerbaijan fires cluster munitions on Karabakh capital overnight

The night was relatively calm in most civilian settlements of Nagorno-Karabakh, besides the capital Stepanakert.

After midnight, Azerbaijani troops fired several cluster rockets on Stepanakert, damaging civilian infrastructure. No casualties have been reported in the capital.

As of Monday, November 9 morning, the Azerbaijani military has started attempts to attack in almost all the directions of the frontline. The Defense Army continues controlling the operative situation in the frontline.

Azerbaijan, with help from Turkey and terrorist mercenaries deployed by Ankara, started a war against Karabakh (Artsakh) in the morning of September 27. The Armenian side has reported deaths and injuries both among the civilian population and the military. Foreign and local journalists too have been injured in Azeri shelling of towns and villages.
