Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia agree to end Karabakh war

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has signed a statement with Azerbaijani and Russian Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Vladimir Putin on ending the war in Nagorno-Karabakh at 01:00am Tuesday, November 10, Pashinyan said on Facebook.

“I have made that decision as a result of an in-depth analysis of the military situation, based on the assessment of people who know the situation best,” Pashinyan said.

“This is not a victory, but there will be no defeat until you admit you have lost. We will never admit that we have lost, and this should be the beginning of our era of national unity and revival.

“I kneel before all our martyrs. I bow before all our soldiers, officers, generals, volunteers who defended and are defending the homeland. They selflessly saved the Armenians of Artsakh. We fought to the end. And we will win. Artsakh stands."
