Russia is bringing in heavy artillery into the Nagorno-Karabakh region, according to a short video published by CaucasusWarReport on Twitter.

"One thing to note is that the agreement stated that Russia can only bring in light weaponry but we’ve confirmed through footage that Russia has brought in tanks, BM-21 Grads, heavy artillery and so on," the source captioned the video on social media.

Russian peacekeeping troops are being deployed along the line of contact in Nagorno-Karabakh and the Lachin corridor. The Russian contingent includes 1,960 servicemen with firearms, 90 armored personnel carriers, 380 units of motor vehicles and special equipment, according to official information. They will stay there for a period of 5 years, with automatic extension for the next 5-year periods, if none of the Parties declares of its intention to terminate the application of this provision 6 months before the expiration of the preceding period.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev have signed a statement to end the war in Karabakh after almost 45 days. Karabakh (Artsakh) President Arayik Harutyunyan has said he has agreed to the deal signed by Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan.
