Putin talks unblocking of transport communications with Pashinyan, Aliyev

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azeri leader Ilham Aliyev discussed the unblocking of transport communications in the region on Tuesday, November 24, according to the Kremlin's website

The three weighed in on the work of Russian peacekeepers in Nagorno-Karabakh during phone calls on Sunday.

They also discussed humanitarian assistance for the people of Karabakh and economic issues as well as the unblocking of transport communications in the region, the Kremlin added.

Pashinyan, Putin and Aliyev on November 9 signed a statement to end the war in Karabakh after almost 45 days. Under the deal, the Armenian side is returning all the seven regions surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh, having lost a part of Karabakh itself in hostilities.
