Armenian parliament has passed a bill on introduction of amendments and additions to the RA Penal Code. One of the authors of the bill, chairman of the parliamentary standing committee of state and legal issues David Harutyunyan said the bill was developed upon demand of the international structures to reviews the republic's penal Code.

People's Party of Armenia will hold an action at Alexander Miasnikyan monument to commemorate the victims of March 1-2, 2008 events. The participants will light candles and lay flowers to the monument.
