Ilham Aliev signed a decree on appointment of Bayram Asad oghlu Safarov "Chief Executive" of Shushi Region, Azerbaijani president press office reported.

The Previous "Chief Executive" of Shishi Region Nizami Bakhmanov died on Sep. 13, 2008.
