NKR President commemorates Sumgait massacre victims
On 28 February, on occasion of the 21st anniversary of the Sumgait massacre NKR President Bako Sahakyan accompanied by top officials attended Stepanakert memorial complex to lay flowers to the monument to innocent victims of these events, Central Information Department of the Office of the NKR President told PanARMENIAN.Net.
