Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Russian and Azerbaijani President Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev spent a good part of their meeting in Moscow to discuss the exchange of prisoners of war, lawmaker Lilit Makunts from the ruling My Step bloc said Wednesday, January 13.
