Remains of two soldiers recovered in Karabakh

The remains of two Nagorno-Karabakh servicemen were recovered on Sunday, February 7, according to Karabakh's State Service for Emergency Situations. The bodies will undergo forensic examination to determine the identity of the soldiers.

Since November 13, the Nagorno-Karabakh rescue teams have found the bodies and remains of 1367 people, including dozens of civilians, who have failed to leave their homes when their settlements went under Azerbaijan's control.

No search and rescue operations will be conducted on Monday due to the shift change of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, the press service of the Emergency Services said.

Family members and parents of missing soldiers are usually participating in the process too.
