Hayastan All Armenian Fund will provide one-time financial assistance to the families of 5,564 Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) volunteers, who took part in the 44-day war in fall 2020, the Fund said Tueday, March 9.

"The social assistance program will support the families of servicemen and alleviate their immediate post-war challenges, by providing AMD 1 billion 112 million 800 thousand (approximately $2.1million)," the Fund said.

"These funds will be distributed with the support of ArtsakhPost."

Bombings and shelling have considerably damaged the infrastructure, creating multiple challenges for the people of Artsakh.
