Body of one more civilian recovered in Karabakh

The remains of one Nagorno-Karabakh victim, most probably belonging to a civilian, were recovered on Thursday, April 1, in areas that have come under Azerbaijan's control, authorities report.

The body will be identified through DNA analysis, Karabakh's State Service for Emergency Situations said.

Since November 13, the rescue teams have found the bodies and remains of 1527 people, including dozens of civilians, who had failed to leave their homes when their settlements went under Azerbaijan's control.
