With the support of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, a group of Armenian ophthalmologists will leave for Dohok, Iraq, on May 23-29 to perform surgeries, Yezidi lawmaker Rostam Bakoyan said in a Facebook post on Friday, May 22.

Bakoyan also encouraged representatives of the Yezidi community of Iraq, who have serious eye conditions, to contact him via social media to arrange possible surgeries with the Armenian doctors.
