Karabakh search mission: Two bodies retrieved on July 8

The remains of two more victims of the Nagorno-Karabakh war were recovered from the regions of Jrakan (Jabrail) and Varanda (Fizuli) on Thursday, July 8, Karabakh authorities report.

The bodies most probably belong to servicemen, they will be identified through a DNA analysis, Karabakh's State Service for Emergency Situations said.

Since November 13, the rescue teams have found the bodies and remains of 1598 people, including dozens of civilians, who had failed to leave their homes when their settlements went under Azerbaijan's control.
