The opening of the Turkish-Armenia border opening is not a subject for discussions, says Khulusi Kilich , the Ambassador of Turkey to Azerbaijan. He mentioned that currently the governments of Turkey and Armenia are conducting negotiations and it is early to speak about decisions yet, Trend.az. reports.
