The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in Armenia grew by 2096 to reach 304,546 on Friday, October 29 morning, according to information provided by the Health Ministry.

Fresh figures also revealed that 1258 more people recovered, 43 patients died from Covid-19, while eight others carrying the virus died from other reasons in the past 24 hours.

A total of 18,141 tests have been performed in the past day, the National Center For Disease Control and Prevention said.

So far, 265,936 people have recovered, 6232 have died from the coronavirus in the country, while 1288 others carrying the virus have died from other causes.
