Armenian Ambassador to Moscow Vardan Togհanyan has said that Yerevan may still turn to the CSTO for help although the sides have agreed to a ceasefire after Azerbaijan's latest aggression against Armenia.

“It's hard to say: it depends on how the situation develops, we have what we have. Let's see how events develop,” he said in response to a question whether Armenia intends to ask the CSTO for help, RIA Novosti reports.

“The situation has stabilized for the moment,” Toghanyan said, adding that nothing can be ruled out.

In clashes launched by Azerbaijan on Tuesday, the Armenian side has confirmed the death of 1 serviceman, while 13 others have been captured by Azerbaijan. Two combat positions too have gone under the control of Azeri forces, 24 Armenian troops have gone missing.
