The rescue teams of the Nagorno-Karabakh (Artsakh) State Service for Emergency Situations have not conducted search operations to recover the remains of the victims of the Second Karabakh War between November 15 and 21, the country's Interior Ministry reports.

The State Emergency Service said they are negotiating the resumption of work with all interested parties.
