UN court to deliver order on Armenia's lawsuit against Azerbaijan Dec. 7

On 7 December, the International Court of Justice, the principal judicial organ of the United Nations, will deliver its Order on the request for the indication of provisional measures made by Armenia in the case concerning Application of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination (Armenia v. Azerbaijan).

According to a decision signed by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Armenia's Representative before the ECHR Yeghish Kirakosyan will travel to The Hague to ensure Armenia's presence at the sitting.

Members of the diplomatic corps, the media and the public will be able to follow the reading through a live webcast on the Court’s website, as well as on UN Web TV, the United Nations online television channel.

Upon his return, Kirakosyan will deliver a report on the results of the trip.
