Old transport facilities should go out of use
It's not a secret that motor car parks in Armenia use transport facilities which have been in operation over 10 years.
"Security of our citizens should never be jeopardized," RA Minister of Transport Gurgen Sargsyan told reporters on Saturday.
"In developed countries, operation life of passenger vehicles is 3-5 years. In the countries in transition period, it was reduced to 5 years," he said.
Some 1000 passenger vehicles should go out of use in Armenia and be replaced with new ones.
