Azerbaijan always speaks about peace with the threat of destroying Armenia, Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan said on Wednesday, February 2.

"This is not only and not so much rhetorical, but the state policy of years of anti-Armenianism (education, culture, sports, etc.), the real source of human rights violations, war crimes," Tatoyan said in a statemet.

"We need real guarantees of our rights, everything else is an illusion."

Tatoyan revealed that his team has collected Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's recent speeches, which contain hatred and enmity towards Armenians, is going to send them to international organizations.
