The Nagorno-Karabakh armed forces did not suffer casualties in Azerbaijan's ceasefire violations on Wednesday, February 23 morning, the Defense Army reports.

In articular, the Azerbaijanis opened fire in the southeastern section of the contact line and blamed it on the Armenian side.
