The Azerbaijani military violated the ceasefire with Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) overnight, using firearms in the process, the Karabakh Defense Army said Saturday, March 12.

The Armenian side also denied Baku's accusations of opening fire on Azerbaijani positions, describing the claims as disinformation.

Tension is building up across the line of contact in Nagorno-Karabakh as Azerbaijan continues to breach the ceasefire, disrupting the normal life in the region. The Azeri military has also been firing from mortars, which has left a civilian working in his backyard injured in Karabakh, as well as disseminating fear with loudspeakers.
